The Purpose of Christ United Methodist Church is to follow Jesus and make disciples: to be a place of healing by loving all people for who they are and where they are in their walk of faith and life.
The Mission of Christ United Methodist Church is to LOVE, SHARE, FEED & TEACH.
Sundays at Christ UMC
Sunday Morning Worship – We offer a contemporary worship service in-person at 9 AM. Our Praise Band, Truth Be Told, brings worship and praise music to you every week! Pastor Jim Mathews always delivers a thought-provoking and action-oriented message.
Join us each week at 8:45 AM for coffee, refreshments and fellowship in the Welcoming Area of our sanctuary!
We livestream our service at 9 AM on Facebook @ “Christ United Methodist Church Rocks!”
A nursery is provided during the 9 AM worship service.
We hope to have you worship with us on Sunday morning!
Sunday School – We offer Sunday School classes for adults at 10 AM following the worship service. We invite you to join one of our classes.
Are you interested in becoming a member of Christ UMC? Contact our Pastor, Rev. Jim Mathews, at 704-860-5066 or email him at jmathews@wnccumc.net and he will be glad to discuss this with you.
Come as you are – you are always welcome!
